We would like to draw your attention to the following statements contained within our audit report as included within the full financial statements:-
"Material uncertainty relating to going concern
We draw attention to note 2 of the financial statements which states that the directors have prepared the financial statements on the going concern basis as a result of group company support.
The company's parent has historically made losses and continues to rely on a line of credit to fund its operations. Management continues to focus its efforts on increasing revenue, managing expenditures and securing additional financing if necessary. However, if the company does not generate sufficient operating cashflows, additional debt financing may be required. There is no assurance that if the company requires additional financing they will be able to secure it on terms acceptable to the company, or at all.
This gives rise to a material uncertainty which may cast doubt as to the company's ability to continue as a going concern. Our opinion is not modified in respect of this matter.
Use of our report
This report is made solely to the company's members, as a body, in accordance with Chapter 3 of Part 16 of the Companies Act 2006. Our audit work has been undertaken so that we might state to the company's members those matters we are required to state to them in a Report of the Auditors and for no other purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other than the company and the company's members as a body, for our audit work, for this report, or for the opinions we have formed."
