2Off balance sheet arrangements
The adoption of the TECH/03/1 Accounts for Service Charges published jointly by ICAEW,
ARMA and RICS has resulted in a change of Accounting Policy.

The Company is responsible for the management of St Nicholas Court, Surbiton Road, Kingston
upon Thames, Surbiton, Surrey, and collects service charges from the lessees in order to fund
expenditure incurred in the management of the property. These service charge funds are held in trust
for the lessees as required by the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987. Transactions relating to the
management of the property are reported separately to the lessees and excluded from the companies financial statements.
