Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.

Turnover policy
Turnover represents rental income and management fees receivable in the ordinary course of business. Rental income is recognised over the period to which it relates and management fees are recognised when the related services are provided. Amounts collected or recharged on behalf of property owners are excluded from turnover where the company acts as agent.

Tangible assets depreciation policy
Property is stated at cost; motor vehicles are depreciated at 25% per annum on a reducing balance basis

Other accounting policies
The motor vehicle financed under the Lombard lease purchase agreement is included within tangible fixed assets at cost and depreciated at 25% per annum on a reducing balance basis. The related finance obligation is included within creditors. The director’s contribution of £6,089 towards the vehicle deposit has been credited to the director’s loan account.
