1. Average number of employees

   During the year the average number of employees was 2 (2025: 2).

2. Director Advances Credits Note

   During the year the company had transactions with its director, Nick Lawrence, whereby the opening balance on the loan account was £00.00 . A further £200 was advanced to the director, who subsequently repaid £200 of the original amount. At the year end the balance on the director's loan account was £00.00. The loan carried no interest, was unsecured, and was repayable on demand. No guarantees were provided to or on behalf of the director during the year, and no other advances, credits, or guarantees were made to directors. During the year the company had transactions with its director, Merita Lawrence, whereby the opening balance on the loan account was £1,158 (Credit) . A further £14,318 was advanced to the director, who subsequently repaid £14,318 of the original amount. At the year end the balance on the director's loan account was £1,158 (Credit). The loan carried no interest, was unsecured, and was repayable on demand. No guarantees were provided to or on behalf of the director during the year, and no other advances, credits, or guarantees were made to directors.
