Company activities and impact

Evolve Initiative CIC has developed and delivered a range of community programmes designed to create safe spaces, build confidence and empower people to connect, reflect and create positive change. We have provided young people aged 19–25 in Harrow with a monthly Discovery Space. This offers a safe and open environment where participants can discuss anything on their minds. Two certified coaches attend each session to support safeguarding and reflection, while the young people themselves lead the conversations. Feedback demonstrates the significant impact of the space, including increased confidence, improved debating skills and a greater understanding of different perspectives. Although we usually deliver a variety of workshops promoting positive mental wellbeing and resilience for 2025 we invested our time in building partnerships with organisations for future collaborations. In addition we focussed on developing new projects to deliver in 2026-2027. We also rebuilt our website with a new provider. We have hired a development co ordinator to work on researching funding opportunities and expanding our reach via quarterly newsletters.

Consultation with stakeholders

Our stakeholders include children, young people, and adults who take part in our activities. Participants are encouraged to complete feedback surveys, which allows the directors to analyse the collated data and identify lessons learned, areas for improvement, and key successes. Alongside this we also consider insights from other Harrow based groups delivering similar community development and wellbeing work, ensuring our approach remains informed, relevant, and aligned with wider local practice promoting and fostering collaboration.
