Financial commitments: At 31 January 2026 the company had two business mobile phone contracts with O2, each with a 36-month minimum term. Future minimum service payments are estimated at £4,182, including irrecoverable VAT and the contractual April price increases. This estimate uses 3 December 2025, the phone delivery date, as the commencement date; the exact activation and billing dates remain subject to supplier confirmation. Early termination generally requires the remaining rental charges less 4%, plus VAT. A refundable £451 security bond is included in debtors and has not been offset against these payments. No other financial commitments, guarantees or contingencies have been identified.
