Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
MARKET MILLONER LTD, company number 16299085, is a private company limited by shares registered in England and Wales. Its registered office is 21 Westhorpe Road, Dereham, Norfolk, England, NR20 3UH.

These first accounts cover 6 March 2025 to 31 March 2026 and are prepared under the historical cost convention, on the accruals basis, in accordance with FRS 105 and the micro-entities regime. There is no comparative period. The accounts use the going concern basis, supported by the sole director's confirmation that he will provide funding as required and not seek repayment of his loan where this would prevent the company meeting its obligations for at least 12 months from approval. Balance sheet figures are presented in GBP whole pounds; a GBP1 presentation rounding adjustment is allocated to prepayments to maintain balance. Underlying accounting records and amounts stated in these notes retain pence.

Other accounting policies
Company costs paid personally by the director are credited to his loan account; personal withdrawals and personal purchases are debited to that account. Creditors include GBP1,974.39 owed to Muhammed Sefa Arslan at 31 March 2026. Personally paid business setup costs of GBP49 were adopted as company costs after incorporation and before 31 March 2026. GBP1 of director funding is allocated to the one fully paid ordinary share. The personally owned laptop is not a company asset.

Expenses are recognised for the service period to which they relate. Old-domain Google Workspace service for March 2026 is estimated at GBP14 from recurring payment evidence. The ICO allocation uses an annual service period inferred from renewal evidence. Underlying prepayments are GBP68.52. Current assets comprise Monzo bank cash of GBP32.21 and a Google credit receivable of GBP6.19.

The sole director was unpaid and had no employment contract; the average employee count is zero. There were no advances, credits or guarantees granted by the company to its director, and no material off-balance-sheet arrangements, financial commitments, guarantees, contingencies or pension commitments.
