Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
These first accounts cover the period from 12 March 2025 to 31 March 2026. They are prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The company was preparing for launch and had not commenced trading during the period. Website, email and domain costs are charged over their service periods, with unconsumed amounts carried as prepayments. VAT on expenditure is included in costs because the company is not VAT registered. Amounts are presented in whole pounds. A GBP1 presentation rounding adjustment has been included in creditors to reconcile the rounded balance sheet; the underlying director loan balance is GBP938.49, prepayments GBP514.82 and net liabilities GBP408.67. The issued share capital is one ordinary GBP1 share, unpaid at 31 March 2026. The director confirmed receipt of the subscription on 3 October 2026, which does not alter the year-end unpaid balance. The accounts are prepared on a going concern basis. Although the company has net liabilities, the director has confirmed the ability and intention to provide financial support sufficient for the company to meet its obligations for at least 12 months from approval of these accounts.
