Directors advances, credit or guarantees

During the financial period, the company made unsecured, interest-free advances of £19,874 to Stephen Downes and £19,874 to Sophie Downes, directors of the company. The advances represented amounts withdrawn for personal use and were repayable on demand. Dividends of £10,000 were credited to each director’s loan account during the financial period, leaving £9,874 outstanding from each director at 31 March 2026. The total amount owed by the directors at the year end was £19,748. The outstanding balances were subsequently repaid in full on 6 April 2026 by dividends of £9,874 credited to each director’s loan account. No amounts were written off.
