3 Advances, credit and guarantees granted to directors
During the period the company made advances and granted credit to its directors. The advances were interest free, unsecured and repayable on demand. All amounts due from the directors were repaid or otherwise cleared during the period, including by dividends declared and credited to the directors’ loan accounts on 31 March 2026. At 31 March 2026 no amounts were due from either director to the company. The balances on the directors’ loan accounts were £9,042 due to Mr M Stankiewicz and £1 due to Mr A Puszko. No amounts were written off or waived and no guarantees were given by the company on behalf of the directors.


The company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies for the period ended 31 March 2026.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities to comply with the Companies Act 2006 in respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
