The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.

Included within current assets is an amount of £45,375 (2024: £45,375) due from a director. No advances or repayments were made during the year. No interest has been charged on this balance and there are no set repayment terms in place.

For the financial year ending 31 December 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Directors' responsibilities:

•	The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476; and
•	The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the micro entities regime and FRS 105 ‘The Financial Reporting Standard Applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.
