| 2. | GOING CONCERN |
During the year, the company incurred a significant loss arising from costs associated with a contract where the counterparty entered liquidation prior to the company being able to invoice or recover amounts due. This has resulted in a one-off adverse impact on the company’s financial performance for the year.
The director has carefully considered the financial position of the company, including cash flow forecasts for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The forecasts take into account current trading, committed work, and expected future contracts.
The director has also implemented measures to mitigate similar risks in future, including revised contractual terms.
The director has confirmed their willingness to provide financial support as required, commitment to date can be seen in the balance sheet.
Based on these considerations, the director has a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.
