In the financial year December 2024 to December 2025, the company benefitted the community by facilitating 14 free local community events to combat loneliness, providing warm spaces, light meals and refreshments to people in need.
At the start of the year, consultation was held with members of the local community to find out what type of activities they would like us to put on, and what their needs were. The consultation found that stakeholders were struggling to keep warm so we hosted extra local activities during winter and provided hot food and hot drinks. The consultation also shaped our activities programme for the rest of the year, including out of London day trips.
The total amount paid or receivable by directors in respect of qualifying services was £1,999.75. This was the directors wage for facilitation and organisation costs for the year. There were no other transactions or arrangements in connection with the remuneration of directors, or compensation for director's loss of office, which require to be disclosed.
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
