1. General Information

Alpha Servicing Limited is a private company, limited by shares, incorporated in England & Wales, registered number 15542924 . The registered office is Unit 3 English Business Park, English Close, Hove, East Sussex, BN3 7ET.

These financial statements are the first financial statements prepared in accordance with FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The financial statements for the previous year were prepared in accordance with FRS 102 Section 1A.

The company qualifies for, and has elected to apply, the micro-entities regime. Accordingly, the comparative figures have been restated where necessary to comply with the recognition and measurement requirements of FRS 105.

On transition to FRS 105, deferred tax assets and liabilities previously recognised under FRS 102 have been derecognised, as FRS 105 does not permit the recognition of deferred tax.

For the year ending 31 March 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The member has not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
