REPORT OF THE TRUSTEES
FOR THE PERIOD 5 DECEMBER 2024 TO 31 DECEMBER 2025

The trustees who are also directors of the charity for the purposes of the Companies Act 2006, present their report with the financial statements of the charity for the period 5 December 2024 to 31 December 2025. The trustees have adopted the provisions of Accounting and Reporting by Charities: Statement of Recommended Practice applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102) (effective 1 January 2019).

INCORPORATION
The charitable company was incorporated on 5 December 2024 .

OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES
The objects of the charity, as set out in its Articles of Association, are restricted to the advancement of education for orthodox Jewish women in the UK by establishing, managing and supporting an educational establishment enabling such students to graduate with a university degree.
In setting the charity's objectives and planning its activities, the trustees have given careful consideration to the Charity Commission's general guidance on public benefit.

ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE
The charity was incorporated on 5 December 2024 and was subsequently registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales under charity number 1218250. During the period to 31 December 2025, the charity was dormant and did not trade or undertake any charitable activities. No income was received and no expenditure was incurred during the period.

As the charity has not yet commenced its charitable activities, there are no achievements or outcomes to report for this period.

The charity did not undertake any fundraising activities during the period, as it remained dormant throughout.

The charity held no investments during the period and therefore there is no investment performance to report.

FINANCIAL REVIEW
Internal and external factors

As the charity was dormant throughout the period, the trustees do not consider that any internal or external factors had a material effect on the charity's financial position or performance during the period. The trustees will keep under review the operating environment relevant to the charity's objects as activities commence.

Reserves policy

As the charity was dormant throughout the period and held no funds, the trustees have not yet adopted a formal reserves policy. The trustees intend to establish an appropriate reserves policy once the charity commences its charitable activities and begins to hold funds, having regard to the charity's anticipated income and commitments at that time.

FUTURE PLANS
Having now been registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales, the trustees intend to progress the charity's objects by establishing the educational provision described in the charity's objects. This is expected to include the development of a funding and operational plan and the commencement of educational activities in due course.
