Transactions with related parties
The company and Stockport and Regional Limited are both owned and controlled by Leah Perl and are therefore related parties. During the year, the company acquired freehold property from Stockport and Regional Limited for consideration of £200,000. Following the acquisition, the property was leased back to Stockport and Regional Limited for £200,000. The lease is for 125 years.
