1. Employees

The average number of employees during the year was 2.

2. Going concern

The company incurred a loss during the period and had limited cash resources at the year end. Included within creditors are amounts due to the directors in respect of remuneration that has been accrued but not yet paid. The directors have confirmed that they will not seek repayment of these amounts until the company has sufficient funds available and have prepared cash flow forecasts which indicate that the company can continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.

The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. It was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
