Notes to the Financial Statements

for the Period Ended 30 April 2026

1. Accounting policies

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

Turnover policy

Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, net of discounts and value added taxes when applicable. Turnover includes revenue earned from the sale of goods or provision of services in the ordinary course of business and is recognised when the significant risks and rewards of ownership have transferred to the buyer or the services have been rendered.

Tangible fixed assets and depreciation policy

Intangible assets are initially recognised at cost. After initial recognition, intangible assets are measured at cost less any accumulated amortisation. Amortisation is calculated to write off the cost of the asset less its residual value over its estimated useful economic life. Intellectual property is amortised on a straight-line basis over its useful life of 5 years (20% per annum), calculated pro-rata from the date of acquisition (22 January 2026) to the end of the financial period.
