Overall, during the financial year, Speak and Belong CIC utilized education, creativity, wellbeing, and community activities to eliminate barriers to learning, improve confidence and communication, support families and children, and create opportunities for individuals to engage more fully in their communities.
The company regularly consults stakeholders, primarily community members facing challenges related to English language skills, digital literacy, and overall well-being. These challenges often hinder their integration into the broader community. To better understand their needs, we conducted our first community consultation. After identifying these needs, we developed a program to gather feedback and assess progress toward our objectives. We have successfully supported over 200 learners through our ESOL programs and frequently organize focus groups to engage with community members.
