Going Concern
In the company's financial year to 30th March 2026 (FY26), the company continued with the project to complete a prototype industrial product. A delay in funding meant that the project had to be paused for short period, but the project resumed fully in Quarter 4 of FY26. This is the next key milestone for the company as it progresses towards commercialising the business and technology and it is expected that the prototype will be delivered by the end of calendar year 2026. The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The validity of this, however, is dependent on continued support from investors and creditors until the company reaches a point where sufficient revenue and profits are being made. If support was to be withdrawn, adjustments may have to be made to reduce the value of the assets to their recoverable amount and to provide for any further liabilities that may arise. The company has pre-tax losses of over £1 million in the current year, however this is expected in the latest development phase of its products. The company is currently raising £2 million which will deliver sufficient cashflow through to
the beginning of 2027 and delivery of the prototype. £1 million of this has already been secured. Once the prototype has been delivered there will be a further fundraise at an expected increase in the Company Pre- Money valuation. The directors believe the long term cashflow requirements will be secured by fundraising and OEM license income following the development of the prototype. Short-term cashflow will be supported through the completion of the current £2 million fundraise. The directors expect the above fundraising activity to be successful and therefore believe it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis. In 2025 the company has recently obtained an Intellectual Property
valuation report, prepared by Inngot Limited. This valuation supported ongoing fundraising efforts, securing investor confidence and demonstrate the long-term scalability of the wind panel system. The current value (discounted value of potential future value) has been estimated at over £39 million which the company believes demonstrates that the current path to future revenue and profits is headed in the right planned direction.
