Balance sheet statements

3. Related party transactions

The Company is a subsidiary of Offsite Archive Storage and Integrated Services (UK) Limited. The company regards RIM Topco Limited a company incorporated in the Republic of Ireland as the ultimate parent company and ultimate controlling party. Euro RIM Topco limited is the largest and smallest group of undertakings for which consolidated financial statements are drawn up and of which the company is a member. Copies of the ultimate parent company financial statements may be obtained from Euro RIM Topco Limited, Unit 3 Swords Business Park Campus, Balheary Road, Swords, co. Dublin, K67 TYCO, Republic Of Ireland.
