1. Statutory Information
D.A.M. GOOD MEDIA LIMITED is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales, registration number 07603364.
2. Accounting Policies
Basis of preparing the Financial Statements
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A Small Entities.The company incurred a loss during the year but had net assets of approximately £970,000 and net current assets of approximately £931,000 at the year end. Having considered the company's financial position and anticipated trading activities, the director considers it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.
Presentation Currency
The accounts are presented in £ sterling.
