Advances

The Director's loan account is repayable on demand and interest is charged on overdrawn balances exceeding £10,000 at the official HMRC rates.

At 1 June 2025, the company owed the director £nil. During the year, £5,863 was advanced to the director and £5,863 was repaid by the director. At 31 May 2026, the company owed the director £nil.

At 1 June 2024 the balance owed from the director was £nil. During the year, the company made advances to the director amounting to £4,140 and received repayments of £4,140, leaving a balance due from the director of £nil.
