The directors present their report and the financial statements for the period from 1 April 2025 to 30 June 2026.
This report has been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and in accordance with FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.

Going concern
The accounts have not been prepared on a going concern basis as the Directors have indicated that the company has now ceased trading and they intend to strike the company off the register.

Accountants' Report to the Board of Directors on the Preparation of the Unaudited Statutory Accounts of
Simply Consulting, Simply Limited
for the Period Ended 30 June 2026
In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006, I have prepared for your approval the accounts of Simply Consulting, Simply Limited for the period ended 30 June 2026 as set out on pages 4 to 5 from the company's accounting records and from information and explanations you have given me.
As a practising member firm of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, I am subject to its ethical and other professional requirements which are detailed at https://www.cimaglobal.com/Professionalism/Ethics/.
This report is made solely to the Board of Directors of Simply Consulting, Simply Limited, as a body, in accordance with the terms of our engagement letter. My work has been undertaken solely to prepare for your approval the accounts of Simply Consulting, Simply Limited and state those matters that I have agreed to state to the Board of Directors of Simply Consulting, Simply Limited, as a body. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other than Simply Consulting, Simply Limited and its Board of Directors as a body for my work or for this report.
It is your duty to ensure that Simply Consulting, Simply Limited has kept adequate accounting records and to prepare statutory accounts that give a true and fair view of the assets, liabilities, financial position and loss of Simply Consulting, Simply Limited.
