    Turnover policy

Turnover is recognised at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable for goods and services provided in the normal course of business, and is shown net of VAT and other sales related taxes. The fair value of consideration takes into account trade discounts, settlement discounts and volume rebates. COMMUNITY INTEREST ANNUAL REPORT

Year Ending: 28 December 2025

Company activities and impact

19 by Twenty CIC is a development fund for feature films, called The Uncertain Kingdom Development Fund. While the fund is no longer supporting new projects, it continues to support the development of projects backed in previous years. The Uncertain Kingdom Development Fund supports filmmakers with an agenda as strong as their vision and projects that interrogate British culture; asking who we are, how we got here or where we are going. Filmmakers must be residents of the UK but need not be British. Seeking to address the challenges directors and producers face creating sustainable careers, The Uncertain Kingdom Development Fund funds directors and producers who have previously made a feature, contributing to their livelihoods in between productions. The fund takes a hands-off approach – empowering writers, directors and producers to tell their stories their way – and supports filmmakers from a range of backgrounds and experiences. Additionally, ’19 by Twenty CIC has began to consult stakeholders for a new development fund, provisionally named ‘Jam Today’ and focused on independent film producers.

Consultation with stakeholders

Stakeholders are independent film producers in the UK as well commissioners, agents, the public funders and broadcasters and other senior actors in the film landscape. Stakeholders were consulted throughout the year on their perspectives on the film landscape and what the most useful development fund would look like. We collated our research to discover the most common points of agreement, to form the basis of our new fund.

Directors' remuneration

The directors remuneration totalled £9,018. There were no other transactions or arrangements in connection with the remuneration of directors, or compensation for director’s loss of office, which require to be disclosed.

Transfer of assets

No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
