Sole Circle UK hosts community events in partnership with retailers with a primary focus on educating and involving the community in footwear poverty and giving back to those who don't have access to adequate footwear. We launched our website to expand our reach in regards to our mission, and to create a central hub of information for our impact as a CIC organisation. We continued to share information and educate people about footwear poverty, which included our founder delivering a TED Talk to 500 people about Sole Circle UK, our mission for footwear poverty, and our wider vision in regards to sustainability in the retail sector, and re-directing pre-loved goods away from landfill.
