Company activities and impact

Since obtaining the Rotherham Council Pathways to work funding in November 2025 – we have been delivering structured sessions on supporting 16-65 year old economically inactive. Rotherham residents to improve wellbeing and work confidence, digital and AI skills and employability skills. One person has now moved into self-employment after 8 years of being signed off sick! One young lady with massive low self esteem has completed a work trial and is now volunteering on a permanent basis at a local Animal Sanctuary. Other participants are now confident and skilled at CV writing and sending multiple job applications – all have ongoing support through our group Whatsapp.

Consultation with stakeholders

The major stakeholder is the Pathways to Work Team at Rotheram Council (Riverside Office) and we use their case management system or each participant we support. The other major stakeholders were the local outreach workers who work in the local community to find those people who are not in work, training or education and we have had a meeting with them as a team and as individuals on a regular basis.
