2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective April 2008.

Prior Year Adjustment

Current assets and Capital and reserves were incorrectly stated as £96 in the prior year accounts. These errors have been corrected in these accounts, and Current assets and Capital and reserves have been restated to reflect the correct amounts.
