During the year the Director received a loan from the company, total advances totalled £51,993 with repayments of £35,442 interest of £1,522 was charged at the official rate of interest and the balance at the year end was £48,430 and included in other debtors

The loan is unsecured and repayable on demand.

For the year ended 30 June 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The director acknowledges her responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.
