Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been prepared on a going concern basis. At the balance sheet date the company had net liabilities of £18,422. Loans from related parties totalling £16,166.99 are subject to signed loan facility agreements dated 1 January 2026 which provide for a two-year grace period, with repayment commencing in January 2028. The loans are unsecured and subordinated. The company also held customer deposits in a trust account in respect of holidays departing after the balance sheet date, together with prepayments to tour operators in respect of those holidays. On this basis the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the accounts on a going concern basis.
