During the period, Think Big Do Bigger CIC delivered accessible creative wellbeing and reflective practice activities designed to improve wellbeing, confidence, connection and inclusion, particularly for adults experiencing disadvantage or whose voices are often seldom heard. Activities included creative and educational wellbeing workshops for community groups and frontline services, reflective practice sessions for staff, and the launch of the free weekly Mindful Art in the Park group in Portsmouth in January 2026. The group provided a welcoming, low-pressure space where adults could take part in mindful art, connect with others and build routine. Participation grew to around 25 people per session by March 2026. Activities were adapted with participants and partner organisations, reducing barriers to participation and helping people to develop skills, confidence, social connection and improved emotional wellbeing.
The company's stakeholders included participants, volunteers, community partners, referral organisations and commissioning organisations. Consultation took place through conversations during sessions, verbal and written feedback, observation, follow-up discussions with partner organisations and co-production within creative activities. Stakeholders said they valued a welcoming, non-judgemental and flexible approach, opportunities to connect with others and choice over activities. In response, the CIC adapted materials and session formats, maintained low-pressure participation, developed activities around participants' interests and access needs, and strengthened local referral and partnership links. Feedback also informed the continuing development of Mindful Art in the Park and plans for future outreach and volunteer involvement.
