3. Director's Loan

The Director, Mr Kieran Stafford provided a working capital loan to the company during the year to meet company expenses. The balance outstanding to the Director as at 31st August 2026 was £1,012 (2025 N/A). The loan has no prescribed method of repayment and attracts no interest. This amount is included under the classification of Liabilities.

For the period ending 31 August 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The member has not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
