	The company owns 100% of the issued share capital of Avon Capital Estates (Australia) Limited, a property development company registered in England. The cost of this investment was £2. Its financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2026 are stated in the company's functional currency, being Australian dollars. They show a company profit of A$6,101,460, (2025: A$14,080,246) and a consolidated profit of A$7,602,867, (2025: A$14,640,164). The company capital and reserves at 31 March 2026 totalled A$75,452,334, (2025: A$ 69,350,875). The group capital and reserves at 31 March 2026 totalled A$80,730,043, (2025:A$73,141,143). The investment is held at directors valuation.
