Report of the Director
for the Year Ended 31 December 2025

The director presents his report with the financial statements of the company and the group for the year ended 31 December 2025.

REVIEW OF BUSINESS
The group's principal activities during the period continued to be the procurement, production and sale of frozen food products.

In the twelve months to 31 December 2025 the business continued to see a growth in turnover.

For 2026 the focus of the management team is on two main focus points:

The first is to utilise any surplus storage capacity at the facilities in Birkenhead by providing a logistics service to key customers. In the year ended 31 December 2025 we generated revenue from storage and handling of £875k. Since the year end the warehouse and coldstore are now at full capacity and we are invoicing in excess of £20k per week for logistics services with long-term contracts in place for both the Coldstore and Dry warehouse.

The second point of focus is to supply as many of our 200 frozen products into as many independent accounts as possible. As of December 2025, the business is supplying into over 3,250 stores, some direct and others through retailers central distribution networks or independent frozen wholesalers. The current customer base consists of: Nisa, Booker, Bestway / Batleys, Parfett's, Premier, Costcutter, Londis, Go Local, Budgens, Farmfoods, Spar Depots (Blakemore's, James Hall & CJ Lang), Butchers, Farm Shops, Factory Shops, Independent Discounters, etc..). The ultimate strategy of the business is to supply our products to over 20,000 independents.

Of the 200 frozen products we supply 60 are produced by other manufacturers around the world (China, Belgium, France, Germany, UK and Ireland) under our brands and distributed through our distribution centre in Birkenhead.

New product development is key to the growth and development of KPFF and this year saw the development and introduction of the UK's first range of Tapas Meals, as well as a range of Food Service Products. These meals are now available in over 2,000 stores and the Tapas Meals are also available for home delivery having developed the appropriate packaging

We have capacity to pack over half a million packs per week, and also Co-pack frozen products for some large Frozen Food Wholesalers for both the retail and foodservice markets.

Our strategy for 2025 is simple, keep improving the range of products packed in our facility in Birkenhead including both the products packed under our own brands and the products packed by other manufacturers around the world for us. In addition, to this we will continue to open more customer accounts and increase distribution.

DIRECTOR
N G Davis held office during the whole of the period from 1 January 2025 to the date of this report.
