During the financial year 2025–2026 One Together CIC 's community benefit can be described in the following areas: 1. Supporting mental health and wellbeing: Mindfulness activities help children and young people learn ways to manage stress, recognise their feelings and develop positive coping strategies. 2. Developing confidence and self-esteem: Creative activities, including LEGO-based sessions, encourage children to express themselves, improve their listening skills and build positive relationships. 3. Supporting parents and families: Family mindfulness activities help parents and children learn together, communicate more effectively and practise techniques that support wellbeing at home. 4. Promoting inclusion and participation: Practical, creative sessions provide alternative ways for children to engage and learn, including those who may find traditional mindfulness approaches difficult. 5. Strengthening community relationships: Working with families, schools and community partners can encourage cooperation, bring people together and create a more supportive local environment. 6. Sharing skills and knowledge: Training for educators and adults who work with young people helps extend the benefits of mindfulness and wellbeing approaches beyond individual sessions. One Together CIC's work supports its social purpose by helping children, young people and families develop emotional resilience, confidence and positive relationships. Its creative and wellbeing programmes also provide opportunities for community involvement and shared learning.
