Advances

The Directors loan account is repayable on demand and interest has been charged on overdrawn balances exceeding £10,000 at the official HMRC rates.

At 1 September 2025 the balance owed by the directors was £302 . During the year, the company made advances to directors amounting to £1,313 and received repayments of £1,615 leaving a balance due from the directors of £Nil at 31 August 2026.

At 1 September 2024 the balance owed by the directors was £5,993 . During the year, the company made advances to directors amounting to £30,206 and received repayments of £35,897 leaving a balance due from the directors of £302 at 31 August 2025.
