Advances to the directors were interest free, unsecured and repayable on demand. Miss Courtney's account was in credit at the start of the year and was settled in full before her resignation.

4. Prior year adjustment

Comparative figures have been restated to reclassify dividends of £32,215 from debtors to reserves, reducing net assets at 30 June 2025 by that amount. The restatement has no effect on the profit for that year.

For the year ending 30 June 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
