Additional Disclosures
Prior Period Adjustment: The comparative figures for the year ended 30 April 2024 have been restated to correct two material errors, one in the year to 30 April 2023 and the second in the year to 30 April 2024. The errors related to two investments that a Director paid for on behalf of the company by way of a loan to the company. The first error led to a £250,000 understated asset balance and corresponding liability in the year to 30 April 2023. The second led to a £99,962 understated asset balance and corresponding liability in the year to 30 April 2024.
The combined value of the adjustment is £349,962 and the corrections net off in the Balance Sheet, so the opening Profit and Loss Account reserves for the prior and current periods are unaffected.
