1 Statutory information

2 Directors' advances, credit and guarantees
During the year Ms Dean, a director of the company, was advanced a maximum of £427,043. At the year end the amount due was £175,091 (2025: 167,441). £7650 was repaid within 9 months of the year end. The loan is repayable on demand and bares an interest rate of 3.75%
3 Average number of employees
During the year the average number of employees was 2 (2025: 2).
