1. Statutory Information
SAGITTAL LIMITED is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales, registration number 15168318.
2. Accounting Policies
Basis of preparing the Financial Statements
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime and in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A - Small Entities. They have been prepared on a basis other than that of a going concern (note 3).
Presentation Currency
The accounts are presented in £ sterling.

4. Principal Activity
The principal activity of the company during the year was the development and sale of software, including its Neo platform. Following a review of the company's strategic options, the directors concluded that the company should be wound up. Trading ceased on 31 July 2026 and a general meeting will be held on 15 October 2026 to pass a special resolution that the company be wound up voluntarily and to appoint Stephanie Larivee of Closeday Ltd as liquidator. These accounts have therefore been prepared on a basis other than that of a going concern.
