Compliance with accounting standards
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A Small Entities. There were no material departures from that standard.
The principal accounting policies adopted in the preparation of the financial statements are set out below and have been applied consistently to all periods presented.
These are the company's first financial statements prepared in accordance with FRS 102 Section 1A. The company previously prepared its financial statements in accordance with FRS 105. The date of transition was 29 January 2024. The transition has not resulted in any adjustment to equity or to the reported result for the comparative period. Certain comparative figures have been reclassified to conform with the current year presentation.
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention as modified by the revaluation of certain fixed assets.
The accounts are presented in £ sterling.
At 31 January 2026 the company had net liabilities of £2,957. The company is funded by a loan from its director, Ryan Murphy. The director has confirmed that he will continue to provide financial support to the company and will not seek repayment of his loan where this would leave the company unable to meet its other liabilities as they fall due, for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these accounts. On this basis, the director considers it appropriate to prepare the accounts on a going concern basis.
Investment property is measured at fair value at each reporting date, with changes in fair value recognised in profit or loss. No depreciation is provided on investment property.
