2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.

The company ceased trading on 24 September 2025. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a basis other than going concern. The remaining goodwill, fixtures and other business assets have been assessed as having no recoverable value and have been written off. Liabilities remain recognised at the amounts outstanding at the balance sheet date.
