1 Statutory information

2 Director's advances, credit and guarantees
Advances to John Derek Piper during the period totalled £132,503.46 and cash repayments totalled £137,025. The advances were interest free and repayable on demand. The maximum reconstructed debit balance, including the £1 share subscription, was £130,520.52. The loan account also includes personal payments and expense reimbursements. At 31 October 2025 the director’s loan account had a credit balance of £11,856.56, representing amounts owed by the company to the director.
