Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
These are the company's first accounts and cover the period from 15 January 2025 to 31 January 2026. The accounts use the historical cost basis and comply with FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts use the going concern basis. The director intends to provide financial support where necessary so that the company can pay its liabilities for at least 12 months from the approval date. The accounts show individual balances and expense categories in whole pounds. Totals use the rounded figures. Rounding differences can therefore occur compared with the underlying records, which include pence.
