Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention, on the going concern basis, in accordance with FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime and the Companies Act 2006. These are the first accounts. Figures delivered to Companies House are rounded to the nearest pound sterling. Pre-incorporation company formation costs adopted by the company are expensed. Address service charges are allocated over the service dates stated on the invoice using inclusive days; the unexpired portion is recorded as a prepayment. VAT is included in costs because the company was not VAT registered. Company costs paid by the shareholder without a reimbursement obligation are recognised as non-repayable contributions within equity, separately from share capital, and not as revenue or a director loan.
