Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention, on a going concern basis, and in accordance with FRS 105 and the micro-entity provisions. This is the first accounting period, from 28 July 2025 to 31 July 2026. Amounts are presented in GBP and rounded to the nearest whole pound. Adopted company costs paid personally by the shareholder/director without any repayment obligation are recognised as non-repayable contributions to equity, not turnover or director loans. Address costs are recognised over the service period. Recoverable payments for services not yet provided remain as supplier prepayments; no expense is recognised before the service is provided. VAT is included in the cost because the company is not registered for UK VAT.
