| CESSATION OF BUSINESS |

| The business of the company will cease with immediate effect as from 31st.August 2026 and will |
| be subject to a Members Voluntary liquidation.There are transactions to be completed post balance |
| sheet date,as current assets and liabilities are crystallised.Once these transactions have been completed |
| the remaining assets(bank balance) will be distributed to the shareholder/directors and will be disclosed |
| on their self assessment tax returns,within the Capital Gains Tax section. |
