3. Accounting period and cessation of trading
First accounts: 18 February 2025 to 28 February 2026, without comparatives. Trading ceased on 12 November 2025; non-going-concern basis. WORKING DRAFT v13, prepared from existing records as instructed; not approved for filing. VAT registration: 1 April to 12 November 2025. Output GBP3,474.22 less input GBP3,388.48 gives GBP85.74; against filed net refunds GBP69.23, the estimated correction is GBP154.97. Q1 sales remain unquantified; no guessed exclusion. Refund allocation and early TikTok gross/fees remain unresolved. Personal-shop receipts GBP3,675.04 are excluded on management confirmation. The company fee GBP0.50 and agreed stock offset GBP500 are counted once; personal clearing is GBP10,758.90. No later debt release is backdated. Actual business-trip meal VAT GBP14.81 is included once. GBP125 is non-trade closure support. See v13 workpapers for the tax loss and CT nil computation. HMRC cessation notification and any separate VAT correction remain outstanding.
For the period ending 28 February 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.
