Members are remunerated from the profits of the LLP and are required to make their own provision for pensions and other benefits. Under that law the members have elected to prepare the financial statements in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland'. Under company law, as applied to LLPs, the members must not approve the financial statements unless they are satisfied that they give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the LLP and of the profit or loss of the LLP for that period.

Notes to the Financial Statements
For the year ended 31 December 2025

General information |
INPLMA (UK) LLP (the "LLP") is a limited liability partnership incorporated in England and Wales on 17 June 2014 under the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000. The LLP has a registered office address of Fourth floor, 7 Clarges Street, London, England, W1J 8AE. The LLP was established for the purpose of investing in a fund. Accounting policies |
|
Basis of preparation of financial statements |
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention unless otherwise specified within these accounting policies and in accordance with Section 1A Financial Reporting Standard 102, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland", the Companies Act 2006 and the requirements of the Statement of Recommended Practice "Accounting by Limited Liability Partnerships".
The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.
The preparation of financial statements in compliance with FRS 102 requires the use of certain critical accounting estimates. It also requires management to exercise judgment in applying the LLP's accounting policies (see note 3).
The following principal accounting policies have been applied consistently in dealing with items which are considered material in relation to the LLP's financial statements.
|
Investments |
Investments in unlisted shares are measured initially at the transaction price and subsequently at fair value through profit or loss where the fair value can be measured reliably.
|
Cash and cash equivalents |
Cash is represented by cash in hand and deposits with financial institutions repayable without penalty on notice of not more than 24 hours. Cash equivalents are highly liquid investments that mature in no more than three months from the date of acquisition and that are readily convertible to known amounts of cash with insignificant risk of change in value.
|
Judgements in applying accounting policies and key sources of estimation uncertainty |
The preparation of the financial statements requires management to make significant judgement and estimates. The items in the financial statements where the most significant judgements have been made include the valuation of the fixed asset investment. The fixed asset investment is being carried at fair value (note 8). Fair value is determined using generally accepted valuation models and techniques (i.e discounted cash flows) that have been approved by the members. Changes in fair value are recognised in profit and loss.
