Going Concern
The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.
At the reporting date, the company had net assets of £747, including amounts due from the director of £96,311. The company had significant liabilities falling due within 12 months, including amounts due to HM Revenue & Customs.
Subsequent to the year end, the company has experienced significant financial pressure and has outstanding liabilities to HM Revenue & Customs, including VAT and Corporation Tax. The company is currently considering its options in relation to these liabilities and is seeking professional insolvency advice.
The company's ability to continue trading and meet its liabilities as they fall due is dependent upon the successful implementation of appropriate arrangements with creditors, the continued generation of sufficient cash from trading and, where necessary, the recovery of amounts due from the director.
These conditions indicate the existence of a material uncertainty which may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern. The financial statements do not include any adjustments that would result from the outcome of this uncertainty.
The directors nevertheless consider that it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis, having regard to the company's plans to address its financial position and its intention to continue trading while appropriate advice is obtained.
